What They Needed
A small wellness retreat tucked into the forests of Pelion asked us to help soften their relaxation lounge and outdoor treatment area. Their brief was less about visual statement and more about feeling — they wanted guests to physically slow down the moment they stepped into the space.
Our Approach
We suggested two of our hammocks in undyed White Cotton, hung at opposite ends of the outdoor deck, along with a woven room divider inside to soften the transition between the reception area and the treatment rooms — natural tones throughout, nothing that would compete with the surrounding forest.

The Result
Retreat staff report that the hammocks are rarely empty during daylight hours, and the room divider has become a quiet favourite in guest feedback forms. It’s a good reminder that macrame doesn’t have to be loud to do its job — sometimes it just needs to give someone a reason to stay a little longer.
